  • Bolognese Sauce & Tagliatelle Pasta

Learn the fundamentals of classic Italian cooking in this hands-on class led by Chef Miele, focused on traditional beef and pork Bolognese with fresh tagliatelle. You’ll make pasta dough from scratch, hand-cut tagliatelle, and slowly build a rich, slow-simmered Bolognese using time-honored techniques passed down through generations. Along the way, Chef Miele will share cultural context, including how Italian food—recognized by UNESCO as part of the world’s Intangible Cultural Heritage—represent history, craft, and community beyond the plate. The class concludes with a shared family-style meal, enjoying the dish we’ve prepared together, accompanied by wine and conversation.
